Introductory Note Even though I am a Trial Attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice, please do not expect to see any blog entry here that reflects information I've learned on the job. I plan to avoid my vocational speciality (fraud law) like the plague and to write about topics about which I have absolutely no inside information. I might agree with the current Administration about some topics and disagree about others, but on every issue, I will be writing my own views rather than the views of my superiors.
